As seen in TAPJoE, The Anaprocrustean Poetry Journal of Enumclaw,
describing their Number 5 issue.  "Fall (sort of) 1989 (we're dealing
with TAPJoE's special red-ink/black-hole fiscal year here)"  I also
noticed that they described issue Number 8 as "Growing Season 1991". If
anyone has some of these issues and notices other amusing descriptions
