At Seattle Public Library, we are developing selection guidelines for our
magazine and newspaper collection.  Would any of you have any
such guidelines that you'd be willing to share with me?  I'd also be
interested in any thoughts on the subject that you may have.  I'd be
happy to receive info via email, snail mail, whatever is most convenient
