Tom,

My favorite Internet magazine is Boardwatch - about 60% on the Internet and
usually much more interesting than Internet World.  They include sections on
America Online, Compuserve, Prodigy, and Delphi, and have sections on the
government, legal issues, education, etc.  They have also had several good
articles on HTML.  We also get Internet Connections, which is a small
newsletter about government Internet resources, but quite good, and the
looseleaf Commercial User's Guide to the Internet, which I recommend for all
reference collections.
