Subject: Notis listserves

I am interested in locating NOTIS listserve groups.  The University
of Virginia's cataloguing web site lists NOTISCAT and NOTISSER, but
when I try to access either of these I get a message "no such Group".
 If these Groups do exist, could anyone tell me how I can subscribe
to them? Thanks.
