 The Newsletter on Serials Pricing Issues, no. 145 (Sept. 26, 1995)
contains the Faxon and Ebsco serials price projections for 1996.
Faxon projected a typical increase of 14.8%  (for North American
titles, 10.5%; Continental European titles, 23.5%; and UK Titles, 15.0%)

  For customers billed in US dollars, EBSCO projected a 10-11% increase
for U.S. journals.   For European journals they projected a 11-13%
increase for European journals priced in country-of-origin currency.
For European journals priced in U.S. dollars they projected a 21-23%
increase.
