At long last!

CSISAC is pleased to announce that the Proceedings of the second (1995)
CSISAC Spring Forum, "Electronic Journals and the Paradigm Shift"  are
available.  The proceedings will be sent to all members in good standing
free of charge.  The non-member price is $15.00 CAD ($15 USD if being sent
outside Canada).  As a small business entity, CSISAC does not charge GST.
