Oops!  the lack of coffee and morning fuzzies really DID make a difference:
I said in my previous message (reply to Al Henderson's message) that the
price of the mythical journal would go from $1,000 to $25,000....I meant
$2,000 -- not even the hardest-hearted of publishers would add that other
$23,000, would they??
