If you noticed an ISSN change on the Jan. 1996, Volume 193 No. 1 issue of
Physica Status Solidi (B) which shows the ISSN as 0031-1972 on the cover,
this is to let you know that it was a mistake, and that it is still ISSN
0370-1972, which is what it has on the inside.  I had a nice e-mail from
the publisher, to this effect, and their assurance that it would be
corrected in the future.
