The North Dakota State Library received a response to a claim on Feb. 23
stating that Vol. 78, no. 9 has not yet been published but will be published
and distributed "shortly".

Jeanette, we haven't received anything since Vol.78#8 either, but the
last we heard from the pub was that Vol.78#9(1995Dec4) would be a
special issue and that it would be delayed, expect end of Feb.96.
Well, it's now into March and we still haven't received it. Sorry,
that I couldn't give you more information; hope that helps alittle.
