The following are two job postings for a Product Support Representative
and a Customer Service Manager:

                       PRODUCT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

New York City based serials vendor seeks a computer literate "people
person" to supply technical product user support via phone to our
clients, travel to client sites, user group meetings and conferences to
demonstrate, install and train users on our library automation products
as well as maintain our in-house client databases.  You should be a
college graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience with PC
software, knowledge of DOS and Windows.  You must also have excellent
presentation, writing and listening skills.  Library or publisher
experience a plus.  Local area residents only, please;  no relocation
provided.

hiring/training/ coaching staff.  Excellent analytical and computer
skills necessary, with working knowledge of at least one PC data analysis
application.  College graduate preferred.  Local area residents only,
