Hi folks:

Our Library ordered a standing order  to CHANGING MEN (ISSN:
0889-7174) to begin with the 1995 subscription year. To date we have
not received any issues. Could someone help with the following
information?

1. latest issue published and date received.
2. publisher's address, phone #, fax #, email if possible.
3. is it published twice a year in July and Nov.
