Does anyone have any information on the legal battle between Liverpool
University and the University of Glasgow for use of the title Bulletin of
Hispanic Studies?  The most recent form letter we have received from
Liverpool, dated 17 March 1996, indicated that the courts had not made a
decision.  The last letter from Glasgow, dated 2 February 1996, asserted
their right to proceed with publication, based on a ruling by Lord Gill on
the "Motions for Interim Orders" brought by Liverpool.
        Has any final decision been reached in the case?  If not, how are
other libraries handling these two publications?
