"The European Legacy : toward new paradigms" has not been published yet.
I called MIT Press about that title over a week ago, and after some
dithering about, the customer service person said they thought the first
issue would be out sometime in July.  (A quick look last week at OCLC
showed no holdings other than NST).  This journal has been a long time
in the works.
