Subject: Electronic full-text and accrediting agencies

As you all know, academic program accrediting agencies usually have
guidelines for library holdings, including a certain number and mix of
journals.

Does anyone have any first-hand experience with how agencies count
electronic full-text titles?

Any experience with how they view document delivery?

I would expect SERIALSTers to be interested in the responses, so if
you'll send them to me (not the list), I'll summarize for the list.
References to specific agency policies would be great.

Thanks in advance,
Steve Black
