      Does anyone happen to know if LIFE magazine had a numbering
      error in both v.13 and v.14?  Or has someone else in Serial
      Land received these issues?

      I seem to have a gap between issues, but not between their
      dates:

      v.13 #1 Jan. 1990, v.13 #3 Feb. 1990

      v.14 #7 June 1991, v.14 #9 July 1991

Vol. 19 #2 was a special issue in Feb. of this year.  My records say that
Life is a monthly + special issue.
