Is there a list with links to FREE electronic journals on the Web? Or is
there a quick and dirty way to discover the price of ejournals without
clicking and clicking or signing up to subscribe? We cannot afford to pay
for new journal subscriptions for our students, but I'd like to put them in
touch with useful information. Is there a quick way to evaluate the worth
of ejournals?
