I know that this was discussed previously, however I wanted to ask
a more specific question that wasn't completely covered earlier.

A number of libraries stated that they had to cancel some of
their UMI subscripitions based on cost (NOTE: other factors were
considered in the process).

What percentage increase (i.e. 10%  15% etc...over the previous invoice)
have libraries  used as a basis to tag possible cancellations for
microfilm titles?   Also, is there a different percentage used for paper
titles?
