Subject: To bind or not to bind

We are a research library, so our choices may differ significantly
from some others.  We have only 3 choices for periodical titles.
We bind, we replace on microform, or we keep the hard copy a
limited amount of time.  The latter category is for things like
newsletters or foreign language popular magazines.  After some of
the discussions about computer magazines, though, I think I am
going to bring up the issue of changing them from bound to limited
retention.
