Subject: MLS vs non-MLS staff (Deborah Harrell)

Debbie, at Gus Nichols Library we have 3 professional librarians, each with
an MLS.  The 4 technicians have high school diplomas or bachelor's degrees.
Librarians MUST have at least an MLS to be hired; technician's aren't
required to have a degree but are hired based on work experience and skills.
