Dear Teresa:
You won't have to worry about the above periodical any more since
 on page 5, the Editor's Note, he says that August, 1996, v.4#4 is
the last.  Then there was also published a special August, 1996
issue, marked v. 4#5... (it arrived a month after the so-called last
issue #4.)  We have not received any further issues.
Thank goodness.
