According to our receipt records, v.40 #3 is July/Aug. 1996.  The
publisher told us that v.40 #4 is the last issue of that volume, they
will start again in 1997.  We have received a Jan./Feb. 1997 issue with no
enumeration.

You're lucky!  We only received V.40:1 & 2.  Then were told there was
no information available about n.3 and that n's 4 & 5 were not
available.!

Nothing received for V. 41.
