We have received no. 16 (spring 1995) and no. 17 (autumn 1995) of Textile
leader (OCLC #2236667).  Did anyone receive any 1996 issues?  It appears
that the publication started renumbering at some point in 1996 or 1997 --
we did not receive a no. 1 but do have no. 2 (summer 1997).  Can anyone
out there offer any insights?
