I am posting this question for a staff member here at UNC:

Is anyone having trouble receiving serial materials from India? We have
been receiving replies to our claims that the material was sent but we
have never received the material. Is anyone else having this problem
lately who did not have the problem before? These replies are in
response to material that has had plenty of time to arrive (at least
six months). Does anyone have an explanation as to why this might be
happening?
