Hey there, Kathleen.  At NUL we generally to not upgrade to AACR2, unless
there are some major revisions required for other reasons (most notably the
times when the record is pretty skeletal).  We may also upgrade to AACR2 if
the serial has a corresponding series authority record that's in AACR2.
