Subject: More about overuse injuries

I was on a crochet listserv for a few months, and
those happy hookers (as they sometimes refer to
themselves) had a similar discussion going on carpal
tunnel syndrome.

One comment made that I have found useful was to note
whether you are sleeping with your hands clenched.
If so, find a glove or brace which helps you keep
your fingers extended.
