I thought some other people might be interested in this information.

HEALTH AND HUMAN RIGHTS (ISSN: 1079-0969)

Yesterday, I spoke to the publisher and was told that Vol. 2, issue 3
(it will be dated 1998) should be mailed within a couple of weeks.
Vol. 2 covers 1996/98. Vol. 3, no. 1, will be published later in
1998.
