Cynthia,

We use a variety of vendors for firm orders.  Two of these vendors are
capable of receiving e-mail orders from INNOPAC.  We use B&T, and Emery
Pratt (both of these can receive e-mail orders from INNOPAC) and Ingram as
our primary vendors.  We are well satisfied with the performance of all of
these vendors.
