Dear Mary Ann,
My Document Delivery colleague who is not a member of this List tells
me that about 20 Faculty members (excl science, incl engineering) use
Reveal. The Library pays their subscription, just for the contents
page and profile email alerting service. As far as she knows, they
are satisfied - why should they complain, though, if it costs them
nothing? She herself uses it for collection development, because it
alerts you to recent books in your chosen subject. Her only complaint
is that although she's advertised it widely among the Faculty, only
a few Faculty have joined.
What we don't know is, how many have their own accounts and
use the document delivery service as well.
