Karrie and all other subscribers to [MIT's] _Technology review_,

It has indeed changed back to the title it held for 99 years, before
changing to the short-lived _MIT's technology review_ just over a year
ago.

It appears to be a deliberate and genuine title change.  But, I have
requested a second opinion from another CONSER member before creating
another new record.

Not very pleased about this development here either, I remain ...
