Subject: RFP for serials vendors

Does anyone in Serials Land know of a website that shows samples of  a
Requests for Proposal for a serials vendor?  I have found some print
information but I would like to see some sample RFPs.

Additionally, if anyone reading this has a sample they have used and
could send to me, that will be greatly appreciated.

Please respond to me directly and not to the list.  I will summarize the
responses and their content if there is sufficient response.
