Subject: Prologue (25th Anniversary Issue)

Can someone who receives __Prologue: Quarterly of the National Archives__
(ISSN 0033-1031) tell me if the 25th anniversary issue "The National
Archives at Sixty" is part of volume 25 or 26?  Unfortunately, this issue
doesn't seem to be numbered or dated except for "1994" on the title page.

I'm missing v. 26 no. 2, but I would expect a "25th anniversary" issue to
come with volume 25.
