Today is the day after yesterday, so I try to look better.

Thanks for the information above. Of course a cataloguer in European
libraries doesn't know all the ins and outs of the U.S. Postal
Service, but the reason of this policy is clear to me now. Within
this firm only the persons working in the library of the U.S. Postal
Service could "laugh" about this method of getting a postage
discount, and the other staff at the Postal Service don't have the
time to check all that.
