I'd like to add a question on to this one.  We too have been asked to take
on the collection of a small library that has gone out of business.  We
are wondering if anyone out there created an agreement, perhaps a
memorandum of agreement, that clearly outlined issues such as ownership,
patron access, storage, etc.?  Thanks.
