Here at Brigham Young University we have received one issue in 1998.  It
was numbered Vol.2(1998); however, we have a gap, didn't receive and have
claimed Vol.1(1998).  With receiving an issue in 1998, we can't confirm if
it has ceased.  Hope someone has a more definite answer.
