Subject:      Policy & Practice of Public Human Services

I have a question about the number of issues published this year.  This
used to be called "Public Welfare," and ended with v.56 #1 (Win. 1998).
We just received v.56 #3 (Dec. 1998) a few days ago.  It is supposed to be
a quarterly.  In the cumulative index in the back are mentioned August,
Dec., and Winter for v. 56.  Can anyone clarify this for me?

I sure wish they had left this title alone!  I liked the old one much
