Recent discussion on the list confirmed that Phylon is again being
published, and on the basis of that, our library reinstated our
subscription.  Has anyone yet received an issue of the revived journal? We
are trying to decide whether to bind our copy of v. 49, no. 1/2. (I would
never doubt that the publisher could call the new issue v. 49, no. 3/4!)
