I would like to know if anyone can explain to me why the
following was considered as a title change in 1992?  The title
proper has not changed, the volume numbering has not changed,
the subject coverage has not changed, and it was a title
main entry but now has a uniform title main entry with
a (new) corporate body qualifier.  I realize that according to
the LCRI (LC Rule Interpretations) that if you have a
uniform title main entry with a corporate body that you
have to create successive entry, EVEN IF THE TITLE PROPER HAS
NOT CHANGED, if the qualifier is a corporate body which has
changed.  Now in this case, the original title was a title
main entry WITHOUT a uniform title or corporate author.
Both records are coded as "a" in "Desc"  (i.e. AACR2).
This seems to me to be an unnecessary title change, but it even
has a new ISSN, so can someone explain this to me?
Oh, I just noticed the 890 (LC's check-in title)
for the first record  HAS a qualifier, which is different from
the 890 in the second record.  What I am thinking of doing is
making a 130 for: Business Europe (Business International S.A.)
for the first title. This will make the successive records
look better to me.
