Subject: Newsweek special edition

Does anyone know whether this new Spr/Sum 1999 special issue of Newsweek
will actually be included in their overall numbering scheme?  Last time I
created a checkin without a numbering scheme, the next issue indicated the
special was unnumbered but counted so all my checkins were wrong.
