Subject: Oklahoma Observer

Fellow Serials Catalogers,

I need some help cataloging the _Oklahoma Observer_ (ISSN 0030-1795).
There are three records in OCLC.  The microfilm record (#3449877) and the
microfiche record (#15514730) seem to describe the correct periodical
(edited by Frosty Troy), but the record for the original format (#4098289)
uses the same ISSN and main title, but lists Rev. John M. Joyce as the
editor and has a 610 for the Catholic Church.

Should I edit the record (#4098289) or enter a new record based on the
records for the reproductions?
