I can tell you that the average rate for my staff to do check-in on
Innovative, printing and applying a label to each issue, without
barcoding,
and with most issues not receiving a security strip, is about 3-4
minutes
per issue.

I'm interested in hearing from other serials units where performance
for checkin staff are based on a checkin rate.  Do you have any
performance measures for the number of pieces staff can checkin
per hour?  Are you using an automated checkin system?  If so,
which one.
