Subject: Japanese ESL publications vendor

A colleague has asked me to inquire about the existence of a vendor/vendors
specializing in Japanese publications dealing with ESL topics (English as a
Second Language).  Apparantly these Japanese publishers are very difficult.
Can anyone suggest such a vendor?
