Donna,

Managing Office Technology's last issue was Sept. 1998.
It was absorbed by Office systems (Georgetown, Conn.)
 (ISSN: 8750-3441) in November 1998.   I recall having a chuckle
 at the "Brunhilda Hubcaps" on that particular cover.
