Subject to IMPEACHMENT?
SO WHAT?
BClinton was 'impeached' & it had no effect whatsoever!
The idea that 67 US Senators would've voted to remove BObama from office is just plain old nonsense.
A lot of them would have been singing his praises as that's exactly what many of them wanted.
All it would've taken was enough determination to issue the order.
And that's where Obama's spirt quailed.

As far as 'Rule Of Law'(US) is concerned, oh please, the authorities regularly ignore laws that they don't approve of.
In fact, law enforcement authorities have broad discretion when determining which laws to enforce & when to do so.
Which is probably a very good thing cuz' there are many, many old laws on the books that would be a rail pain if enforced.

Sure the 3I is a 'feudal' state, just like the UK is.
And you can continue to argue that the 3I is just like medieval europe if you please, but, even if it ever was, it's not

Hmmmm, sounds like 'Gitmo' doesn't it. A lot of folks claim that that's really just a 'political prison' don't they.
So, how you gonna' play the USA  w/ Obama as President?
After all, he wouldn't shut it down.
(Please don't say that "others wouldn't let him". If he *really* wanted to do it, he could've.)

Uhh, no, he couldn’t. Congress explicitly passed a law banning that. Had he done so anyway, he would have been subject to impeachment.

This is the difference between “Rule of Law” (in the US) and “Rule of Man”, which is the guiding legal principle of a feudal state like the 3I. Now if you want to continue to argue that the 3I couldn’t REALLY be a feudal state, you’re entirely welcome to continue, but canon says it is.
