I have discovered that the Career Track 1 Medic was published by Gypsy Knight Games and is designed for Mongoose Traveller. Unfortunately, the company no longer sells the title and that it is now part of the Clement Sector Core book.

Medic is broken down into three categories which are Private Physician, Ship's Doctor, and Emergency Medical Technician.

I have not looked into the career beyond what is shown above.
