No, prior to travellermap.com coming online, Ned Utzig created a map of the Traveller Universe. On March 14, 2006 Ned indicated that with new map sites where coming online with newer coding languages the Interactive Atlas of the Imperium (IAI) would be left in maintenance mode. Unfortunately, it now appears that the IAI has finally died.
