Finding one by accident while engaged in other business would be definitely one HECK of a windfall profit.

But spending the FORTUNE required to set up and run a business aimed at searching for lost wrecks, just on the off-chance that you're some day going to hit the jackpot with something like a Tigress?

Even more so than with real world treasure hunting companies, you're going to have to be quite a salesman to find enough investors to get it set up and keep it running.
