And unless they are in the starport district, they are as going to get the same reception as a tourist in Manhattan who asks the average American on a street corner, "95 Fahrenheit, huh?  What's that in 'real units'?" 

If readily available conversion apps are available, it is far less hassle for the visitor to do the conversion themselves.  When in Rome, and all that ...
