Hi there,

thanks for that.  Yes, I did look at that adventure because I vaguely recalled some movement rules, but the environment is so different I ignored them.

It is interesting to see what rules are tucked away where though, in various adventures and rule books.

While I was looking up the "Roleplaying Space Combat" rules for Traveller
(in answer to a Facebook query), I found a discussion on vehicle combat in
an old (2007!) CotI thread here:
http://www.travellerrpg.com/CotI/Discuss/showthread.php?t=14517&page=3

Wil (Aramis) pointed out that there is a combat system buried in _Across the
Bright Face_, so I looked it up and there's also a bit more about tracked
ATVs.  It details the Horronon ATV, and says the following:

"The ATV is capable of speeds up to 150 kph in plain terrain, but must be
considerably reduced in rough (to 75 kph) or mountain (to 35 kph) regions."
(p 21)

I know Timothy was asking about movement, but Wil is correct: it *does*
include a basic vehicle combat system for CT (p 20).

Hope that's useful info.
