Do you happen to have the T5-equivalent detection ranges for those? Would a world equipped with that sort of system be aware of goings-on in the outer system? Would they be monitoring objects at ranges S=12 or 13 or more (in T5)?

Given how cheap something like this is, I would say unless there is a specific
reason why the world does not have this system, there would be something like
this in place.
