Ah! On rereading, I do recall this; I never actually associated them with
"formal" levels the way that I do the capitalization and roman numerals of
"Level II", "Level III", "Level IV". Yes, Timothy is correct; I'm looking
for something that could be used as either his second or third level - but
if someone were to write to his fourth level, I'd absolutely have no
objection.
